Please stand up and eat some crow. We just beat the hell out of a top ranked defense with the wildcat

I live up here in jacksonville and on his radio show he talks a lot about the wildcat being gimmicky.
 
I did not know he picked the fins. Kudos to him but he's a serious wildcat basher. That was my point.
 
Most pundits are wildcat bashers. They don't jump on the bandwagon of something unconventional until it's proven it works. If ESPN existed in the early Bill Walsh days they would have said the West Coast Offense was a gimmick. The shotgun formation would have been a gimmick at one point. The forward pass would have been a gimmick at one point. They are conservative until something is proven to work. Look at the spread option in college, they said that wouldn't even work for Florida in the SEC. Now they have to change their argument to it can't work in the NFL. If the Wildcat continues to work they will change their argument to it can't win a Super Bowl That's the only way they will finally stop being haters.
