Interesting points about Atlanta- if Baltimore had traded up to #2 to get Ryan.

"
Matt Ryan to Baltimore.
Glenn Dorsey to Atlanta.
Chris Long -- don't gasp so loud, Howie -- to the Raiders.
Chad Henne to Atlanta, somewhere in the middle of the first round as the Falcons' quarterback of the future, not Miami's.
Jacksonville NOT trading up for Derrick Harvey.
Vernon Gholston to the Chiefs.
Joe Flacco somewhere in the second round."

Henne at 57 looks solid I think. I'm glad we are addressing QB.

Best comment is saved for Baltimore picking Flacco at 18. I think this is a major reach. He's not ready for the NFL. Who could have sanctioned such a move? Who is the Offensive co-ordinator? I should have guessed!

"New offensive coordinator Cam Cameron loves Ryan, but he also likes Flacco and Henne, and he thinks Flacco might have the traits and the arm to be special."

:lol::lol::lol:

Now how can we get Cam to coach the Patriots...or Jets...or Bills!

Why not trade Beck to the Ravens for a first round pick next year? :lol:

Flacco is such a stretch at where he was taken. Yeah, he's got the best arm in the draft, no doubt, but he's also one of the most unpolished for a pro system and is almost exclusively a shotgun QB. What's Cam going to do -- line him up in the gun every play? This is the NFL, pal. And what WR do the ravens have to perform in such a system? derrick Mason & Mark Clayton? Come on.
I mean, if you need a QB and he falls to you in the late second or third, you take him. But to trade up midway through the first? Unreal.
