Don't know if this has been posted, too many to sort through. I saw King on ESPN saying that when Tannenbaum was out of the NFL, he was an agent negotiating contracts for coaches. His agency represented NBA coaches Kerr and Blatt, who had no experience and questionable HC's to lead a team. The two played for the NBA title last year.

King thinks this had some impact on what he may do in Miami.

Enter in Campbell and who knows who else for next year.

Thoughts on bringing in an unknown for next year who could even be Campbell?

Hue Jackson. Prediction and leader in the clubhouse IMO.

What makes him a leader? The 8-8 record he had as HC of Oakland or the fact he traded away multiple 1st rounders to get Carson Palmer who did nothing for them?

And Blatt didn't even coach Cleveland. He was just along for the ride, everyone knows LeBron was in charge of that team...coach and GM of the Cavaliers.

8-8 in Oakland is like winning a division on another team. Plus, the work he has done with Andy Dalton is off the charts. I love the mix of run yet attacking down the seams in the passing game.

Don't be dumb. Everyone knows it's more like winning the superbowl undefeated.

You DO know that Hue Jackson didn't actually orchestrate the Carson Palmer trade, right?

Please tell me you realize that.

Hue Jackson as HC of the Miami Dolphins doesn't make my toes tingle. Jackson matching up against Belichick, Bowles, and Ryan?

I want Payton or another proven coach. No more Philbins, Sparanos, or Jacksons.

If Jackson came to Miami as a HC it would be his second HC job. Perhaps he has learned and matured and will be a good HC like some other coaches who do better their second go around. Of course he could flop. Looking at the history of Miami the odds are against any coach succeeding even if was Vince Lombardi himself.

No way do I want Hue Jackson. My list is Kevin Sumlin, Eric Mangini, Jim Mora Jr., David Shaw, Mike Shanahan, David Shula and Mike Holmgren

He absolutely did. He 100% made that trade after Al Davis died. He was completely unapologetic about it, as well.

We need a coach that has the chops and intellect to challenge the other coaches in our division. I don't know much about Jackson. Right now all I want to see is for Dan Campbell to shock the football world and get us to the playoffs.

I honestly don't want to see anyone who claims to be a Dolphins fan to suggest 8-8 is even remotely acceptable we've seen enough of those looking for 10+ and this division is harder than that one was when he was 8-8
