Peter King says Jeff Fuller will win starting WR job

I really think Rishard Matthews will make this team...we know Hartline and Bess will make the team. I'm guessing Gates will make the team as well. There's going to be a lot of competition for that last spot...Cunningham, Marlon Moore, Wallace and Fuller...not to mention Pruitt, Moye, Chris Hogan and Legedu Naanee.

Marlon Moore put on a few lbs of muscle and played in a WCO in college. Roberto and Fuller both are big recievers and the 2 draft picks had great productivity in college so the decision will not be easy. i would think Hartline , Bess and Gates have the upper hand but who knows with the new staff and offence.

lol if we have such a weak reciever corps... then it shouldn't be too hard to replace any of them.

The title of this thread suggests the poster could work for a certain four letter network. No where in the article did King say Fuller would win the starting job, just that he 'might' make the squad. "Fuller struggled mightily with drops as a senior, but will be reuniting with his college coach and quarterback. At the very least, he'll be given every chance to earn a roster spot."

WOW. lots of uptight people here.

Regardless if Fuller "could" or "will" win a spot. It's good to know that Peter King likes the kid, and if we got him as an UDFA then thats a win all the way around.

Thank you for counteracting the rampant idiocy on this site.

Hartline is not a lock. He is really going to be in tough to make this lineup...IMHO.

In other words, Peter King is saying Jeff Fuller has a 50 percent chance of making the team.

SI's Peter King believes undrafted Dolphins WR Jeff Fuller could win a starting job.

"I think you should pay attention to one undrafted player if you play fantasy football: Jeff Fuller," King said. King, of course, doesn't typically weigh in on fantasy matters, but believes Dolphins coach Joe Philbin has a "blank-slate philosophy" with everyone on the roster, and that Fuller is "absolutely an NFL-caliber receiver" if he displays good hands in training camp. Fuller struggled mightily with drops as a senior, but will be reuniting with his college coach and quarterback. At the very least, he'll be given every chance to earn a roster spot.
