### OchoCinco, 34, is in great shape and showed quickness during his Dolphins workout Monday. Though he had just 15 catches for 276 yards last season, he is one year removed from a 67-catch, 831-yard season with Cincinnati in 2010, when he also dropped eight passes. If he makes the team, he will earn the veteran’s minimum $925,000, with potential to push that to more than $2 million if he meets incentives such as catching 80 passes, according to Peter King.

I like where Chad asked his fans to find out he looks by tweeting V Davis.....
OchoCinco encouraged people to "tweet Vontae Davis and ask him how I look. They wont [sugar] coat.

" V Davis, asked how he looked on a scale of 1 to 10, tweeted: "10; for not knowing the playbook, he still got it."

He is showing our young WRs in practice how a NFL WR is supposed to practice. With a little bit of Chad Diva.....What yo have to also like is that he is taking on the best Dolphin corner right away.

As I said, i think CO was brought in for a couple of reasons. Hartline is hurt, all of our offense including all of our WRs are dropping passes in practice. (We have the drops) and we still need another WR till someone steps up, and Chad OchoCinco looks still be he might still be able to play.

We need to use the KISS plan with him. Keep It Simple Stupid We should not overload him with fancy decision making. I'd give him maybe 3 options. Or maybe just two. Or one. At least one other WR needs to be told to watch him and make sure he lines up correctly.

CO will be the non WCO part of our playbook. It could confuse the defense....

I wonder now if we had been thinking about this for months. We have not bitten on any older WRs out there, playing a waiting game and not getting embrassed and/or overpaying someone to come here. For weeks now the Patriots have been trying to trade CO, this was not a big story, everyone knew he would be released. We knew that he would be on the market about now.

It makes you wonder if Chad OchoCinco wanted to play this season for the Patriots at all After last season when he lost the backing of Tom Brady this season could be worse. Maybe he wanted out and had a idea that the new regime in Miami would give him a chance to redeme himself. Froxbro can be a lonely place with few firends. He is finally home.

No one has said that he cannot get open and catch the football. The problem was he could not tell you where he lines up in BR-Right-slot green-Hemi-Hemi-switch-349-Alpha-Dog-monekytwist-on 2.

All there is too it. Professional football is not like run and get open, all teams have their own type of offensive system and schemes, apparently in new england they have some kind telepatic schemes. I mean I would guess it's like jumping from Microsoft paint to photoshop, wow holy s*, you'll be in cloud 9 for longy time.

Plus our new DC just got New England offensive play book. They alway pull that on us picking up cut players from the Fins.

As I said in another thread, the Patriots had an existing well-oiled unstoppable offense with Tom Brady, Wes Welker, Deion Branch, Rob Gronkowski, Aaron Hernandez. The Patriots were probably unwilling to modify an unstoppable offense to accomodate Chad Ochochinco. If something is unstoppable, then you shouldn't modify it. So the Patriots just went with what was working, and it brought them to the Super Bowl.

Miami has nothing like that. We're building a new offense from scratch, and none of our existing WRs/TEs are scaring defenses. So we might be willing to make accomodations for Chad Ochochinco, while building up our offense.

Don't know how much that can help based on the fact that he had no idea how it worked when he was with the team.

Honestly i can seriously picture Chad in the DC office sitting there with a smile giving him NE's Playbook.. LOL!!!!!!!

lololol....I just checked NFL news and surprise surprise...Dolphins picked up Chad Ochostinco!! A WR that couldn't catch with Brady throwing him the ball, will most likely suck with a rookie QB that even struggled in college. This show will be hilarious to watch on Hard Knocks...

Isn't that why the Pats cut him? Cuz he didn't know shoot about their playbook?

I'll pay someone twenty bucks to shut the portal that allowed these goon Jet fans to come in here and raise hell for no reason. Anyone?

So, are you saying we should "dumb down" or offense for him?

Nothing needs to be dumb down, just need to use Chad and keep him involved in the game.
