Peter King Talked to Flynn

At some point, perception tends to become reality.

I think perception is becoming reality for the Miami Dolphins.

Well on one side you have Pete Caroll (rah rah guy, always positive, and he is their final decision maker)...

On our side we have Ireland (as GM, he is just bad at his job).

Except that Caroll is a coach and Ireland is a GM. Our coach (Philbin) has the most in depth knowledge of Flynn and obviously they didn't go all out for Flynn. That should concern the Seahawks fans

Said he sat for a long time with OC Darrell Bevell, formerly of GB, and felt the SeaHawks offense would be just like the one he learned in GB.

That's what I'm thinking. Remember Rodgers said Flynn could be a top 15 QB. We already have one of those in Moore,

Any truth to the rumor that Jeff Ireland incensed Flynn by asking him what he was hiding in his beard?

How much less could we possibly have offered him is my question. That's hardly a long term deal, and he's not even guaranteed a starting position in Seattle!

I'll just wait to see what Flynn shows in the regular season ... then we'll know who made the smart move.

Who knows?? ... It wasn't even 8 months ago, everyone wanted Orton, then later a poll said 70% wanted Henne as our Franchise QB & tons of threads crowing his magnificence. Speculate if you must, but the pros have QBs judged poorly, let alone the fans.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch ... the team is worse than season close ... sure hope we can draft a QB & some play-makers!!

Fan Alert ... tickets are gonna be cheap on Craigslist ... gear up the family & have some fun!!

He makes a direct comparison between the organizations and his reasoning for choosing Sea and some of you still refuse to believe anything is wrong.

It was all about money, seattle paid more than miami was willing to...don't blow it out of proportion

This stinks man,I mean dam I have been patient, and I mean way patient.Been a long time fan, since 1970 and our first loss Super Bowl to the Cowboys, then it was nice back to back super bowls and the undefeated season. But since then,I waited for the team to surround Marino with talent, with Dan,we could have won 4,5 super bowls, but hell no,they couldnt do it !

Now,we have indeed become the laughing stock of the league,no dam body wants to come here,we are turned down one right after another, and then we are without a QB and the staff is to stupid to take a chance,a flyer on Mallet last year, how dam stupid !!! You have nobody Dolphin personel, nobody, was it really that big of a gamble to take Mallet and see what happens ?

And I dont want to hear, wait till next year,Ive heard that enough dam years to ! Dont go after Weeden an old man in this years draft, but dam it take a flyer on a young QB and get your fingers outta your @$$ !!!!!

schefter said we offered a very comparable offer to the one the seahawks did but flynn felt more comfortable with the seahwaks, so fisher picks the rams over us and flynn picks the seahwaks, oh how far we have fallen
