The new editions of Sports Illustrated (with regional covers) will hit the stands Wednesday.

Word of advice for loyal Dolphins fans: Get out your anti-acids before you look at one.

Seems SI senior NFL writer Peter King isn't too convinced the Dolphins did anything to improve themselves this offseason. Quite the opposite, actually. King, you see, picks the Dolphins to finish fourth in the AFC East.

That means King is picking the Dolphins to finish last in the division. King has the Dolphins finishing with a 6-10 record. He's got the Bills at 7-9. He's got the Jets at 10-6 and he picks the Patriots to finish 12-4.

Last season the Dolphins finished third for the second consecutive season with a 7-9 record.

So basically, King has the Dolphins taking a step backward in 2011.

Who cares what PK thinks? He's one of the worst sports writers out there...

it is what it is, although i maybe a little more optimistic and bias towards the dolphins because i am a dolphin fan, even if i was just a casual fins fan, no way Miami is finishing last.

3rd at worst, which isn't that much better, but they will def finish ahead of the bills, and could finish ahead of the jets depending on if henne can play somewhat decent.

they will not finish last though.

Who cares. Opinions are like *******s everyone has one and some stink more then others.

Wait.. I asked the guy who supersized my fries what he thinks.. and unlike King, he believes it'll be 2nd or 3rd. Same difference.

Yeah, because King's predictions from last year were so great. This one is my favorite:

". I think these five below-the-first-round rookies will shine: Arizona QB Max Hall (free agent), Carolina wideout Brandon LaFell (third), Baltimore tight end Ed Dickson (third), Kansas City cornerback Javier Arenas (second), St. Louis tight end Michael Hoomanawanui."

if Peter King says 4th place, I fully expect another division championship

While he did choose the Steelers to beat the Packers in the SB last year, he also said this:

So he wrote this stuff a month ago? or just has no idea cam newton is on the panthers? lol
