Here's our theory/hypothesis/idea we yanked from our anal cleft: We think that, with the Browns widely believed to be choosing between CAA clients Quinn and Peterson at No. 3, the well-timed disclosure was made by CAA to help take steam out of talk of conflicts of interest and other unsavory matters

Dolfans are dream of Cleveland choosing Quinn we can all forget. His agent has just come out and said Peterson will not be able to participate in any of the offseasons program do to injury. Hope we can trade down and snag another 2nd.Kevin Kolb here we come.

Not at all. Assuming Oakland takes CJ, Det. takes Adams/Thomas, Cleveland will likely take Russell whom Savage has been in cahoots with since Russell was in HS.

Furthermore, Petersons injury apparently was known to teams, yet there wasnt much talk of him dropping. I think that teams already were wary of his injury history and this wont change much unless its severely reinjured (not sure on the details yet.)

Anyway, Quinn is still very viable if Russell and Quinn are both still there at #3.

I like your optimism, but the chances have just dropped Dolfan.

I agree - Quinn is out of our reach now...Although I think I would rather have Beck than Kolb.

We need to start researching on the second tire of QB's. My personal favorite is Kolb and Beck my second. My prediction is Miami will take Staton if the rumors are true of Beck going ahead of him to Detroit. Baltimore can snag Staton in the first if the rumors are true of them wanting a QB that early. That would leave us with only Edwards and Kolb for us lets not forget about the Vikings they pick ahead of us. I dont want to sound negative, but there are plenty of teams out there who need QB's. ANd we have 3 teams ahead of us if you include Baltimore, Detroit, and the Vikings that can all snag QB's. In honesty I dont think the VIkings take a QB in the 2nd again, but Draft day crazier things have happen like WR for 3 years straight.

peterson will play in 2007 i don't get why you don't draft him!

quinn is still in play for us...teams new about peterson's injury for month's now...including cleveland it's not serious peterson is still going to be a steal come saturday the browns still are eyeing him...at 3 and joe thomas who may be the pick as well the browns have more oline on mash then any other team in the nfl...quinn will be a fin my dreamboat!

Well we all know that he will play in 2007, but his stock just went down and Quinn stock just went up. In fact from the moment the Raiders gave Quinn a contract offer his stock rised. Ill go a step further at this point I would not be surprised if Detroit snagged Quinn.

He mentioned it. Bryan Im a huge fan of your work, but seriously man everytime you go crazy for someone it never happens. First it was the Coach Chin, and now it is Quinn. Im not saying there are not chances for Quinn, all Im saying the chances for Cleveland to draft him just went up. You think Cleveland wants another injured player after dealing with Winslow, Bentley and if not mistaken Edwards was injured his rookie campaign as well.

came from florio at pft don't believe everything you read there!

PFT has been very reliable lately guys. Things usually get posted on PFT and spread all over the Internet, its no coincedence this guys are being invited to radio shows.

Anyways Suppose Quinn is gone, who do we snag? In my opinion you have to BPA and it would obviously look like this:

Landry
Okoye
Brown
Ted Ginn Jr.

Are you guys ready for my sleeper:

Staley
