Sorry if the images are too small or blurry, I don’t have PFF access so just sharing screenshots that were shared with me

Don’t see much I disagree with, for all the complaining about the line I thought there was notable improvement on that front and these grades seem to show that (except Eichy). Truth is there are maybe 3 teams in this league who dont think their lines suck after week 1

Well, there was a lot of bashing of Connor Williams in the post game thread. How is he rated our best offensive player?
I’d guess that most people in that thread don’t have a clue about center play besides seeing the snap location, and a couple of high snaps early solidified the finheaven narrative that we shouldn’t have switched his position

I may have to rewatch the game, I spent a lot of time focusing on Tua, but I didn’t see a lot from Williams to complain about, other than his bad snap at the beginning of the game

IMO Eich's grade was hurt b/c they had to move him to T with all the injuries. He's just not suited to play T in the NFL.

It's a shame they held onto Gesicki.

The season isn't over yet and if we do as well as many here believe we will, we may see some performances from Gesicki that we will be pleasantly surprised with.

He may also prefer to stay in a situation he is comfortable with and a coach he respects, as opposed to starting over again somewhere else.

In addition to the bad snap, there was another play where it looked like Williams completely missed a stunt and blocked no one while a defender ran straight past him. I’m going from memory, rather than re-watching the game, so I could be wrong.

Very true, I wasn’t a fan of the pick in the first place cause I’m an arm length queen when it comes to tackles. Can only hope he can continue to grow and improve at the guard spot

first actual game at center in his professional career.

i'm willing to let him slide on a high snap and a blown assignment or two.

looks like the move to center was well-informed.
