He's mad tannehill and the dolphins rolled the jets and the fins are getting ready to pass 7.5 wins.

With regard to traditional QB rating, Tannehill is slightly below average (42nd percentile). With regard to the one above, he's very slightly above average (52nd percentile).

With regard to both stats, he's not significantly different from average.
 
awsi likes to come in with body shots and then vanish faster than a fart in the wind...i guess this is the next thing for him to harp about on the qb now that the magical 30 point plateau he was raising a huge to do about has been put to bed
 
I feel as though Tannehill is becoming more and more comfortable each week as he is feeling out pressure better and his line is playing with a different attitude from what I've seen. Hopefully in these next weeks we can open up the running game and see tanne get a real pa game going. I think with a real pa threat tanne could shred.

I'm sure ther will be debate and discussion on this with many other stats brought in individually to prove a point one way or the other. However, the one thing PFF has done is to watch on film each and every one of Tannehill's 859 snaps this year, and his 1001 snaps last year ( he ranked #16). This is the eyeball test to an extreme, and takes into account who did what on each play when grading what RT did.

They also do the same for each QB listed above. There is a human element here but,I don't know of any computers with working eyeballs, and believe this to be pretty much accurate.

Glennon over Newton is interesting. Cutler and Romo in front of Brady is even more bat****.
 
Tannehill seems to have benefited from taking all those sacks. Past few games he's looked better at sensing pressure and getting away from it.

Their list is on QB's playing in at ;east 50% of a team's snaps. When I adjust it to 25% McCown is #3 and Foles is #4. Both have played great in limited play. They also have Case Keenen at #13, who I know nothing about.

The best thing I saw from RT vs Pitt, other than the win, was his 5 throw aways and 2 runs. I believe that earlier in the year those plays would have resulted in at least 2-3 sacks or picks.

I disagree. Romo and Stafford have been playing great all year...Brady has had a tough time to say the least. 21 TD and 17 Total TO....yes he's been winning, because he is an all time great especially in the 4th, but he's had difficulty.

Above average and around #12 sounds about right to me, based on what I have seen this year. RT is still learning, developing, and needs a few more pieces in surrounding talent. Hell, Sunday was the first time he has ever played a game in the cold and snow. He has improved and I fully expect that improvement to continue.

If you look at how he compares with player with about the same amount of time in the NFL (1-4 years) he is second to only Wilson.
