The latest Jeff Fisher update is that there is no update.

But we’ve noticed a torrent of third-hand speculation and some incorrect reports on Twitter Wednesday that he was joining the Dolphins, so we wanted to address the issue.
Jay Glazer of FOX gives us the excuse to dive in.
“Those close to Fisher said he’s legitimately torn and going back and forth. He’s swung from Rams back toward Fins then back again and now back,” Glazer writes.
Apparently Fisher is the new Favre. (If he does this for another three months.) Perhaps Fisher is waiting to see what happens in Indianapolis?
“Fins thought they were out of it this weekend. Rams thought he was coming there. He went to visit Rams, things changed,” Glazer wrote.
If we are reading Glazer correctly, Fisher is leaning towards Miami. That’s what an NFL.com report indicated earlier Wednesday. SI.com wrote something similar. Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald says a “highly placed” Dolphins source doesn’t know what Fisher will do.
Fisher hasn’t made up his mind. He has a lot of friends in the media. When he decides, we’re sure to find out quickly.

No ****. I'd quite like Fisher to be our next coach but if I see one more thread started about his indecision... I may drive him to St Louis myself.

Also counting down to the next incoming finheaven thread about Fisher in 3....2...1

Enough already with this garbage!!! He good, but not that good where we continue to get jerked around. I seriously am beginning not to want him in Miami if he's truly this indecisive on major decisions. I can see it now . . . . . "it's 4th and 1 and the game is on the line. What will Fisher do? Oh, coach calls his 3rd consecutive time out because he's changed his mind again now not to go for it."

This is just getting ridiculous. This is a grown man deciding whether he should accept millions from team A or millions from team B. I get there are more factors involved, but he's not new to the coaching game and this indecision is a little ridiculous in my opinion.

Why does every free agency move and coaching decision these days have to be surrounded by speculation and drama? (Money, I answered my own question)

Funny how most the members justifying this very average coach stringing us out are the first ones to jump a free agent that doesnt it.

Guys. Jeff Fisher isn't jerking anyone around. He is sitting at home deciding where to coach next year while the media is reporting every nonsense thing they hear from so called sources.

I am sick and tired of this guys bull****. And I'm sick and tired of Ross letting that guy hold his franchise hostage like that. FOR ****S SAKE GIVE ZIMMER THE JOB. FISHER AIN'T SHULA, HE AIN'T THAT SPECIAL.

To be Completely honest I now believe its all about money. I'm so over this whole coaching search and speculation that I now wouldn't be opposed to letting Eric Spoelstra coach the team between Miami Heat seasons
