PFT making fun of Culpepper

it's actually kind of funny... He did choke..

Although on the other hand he didnt have to choke if we didn't blow that coverage...

I agree he did choke. I'm still bitter over the loss so it makes me angry when i see crap like that. It really is disapointing.

it is a little funny. our D let us down at a bad time and the 3rd and 2 around mid field in the 4th was not the best play. Should have just run straight and if still short by a little go for it on 4th. Oh well.

he did choke but you got to realize... like Dan Le Batard said he has not played a game like that, with that intensity in over a year...also he has not played enough games to develop a great chemistry with the team. Once he dose everything will be clicking...

I don't see how he choked. What is choking? Throwing a pick? If that's the case, that makes every QB who's ever thrown the ball a choker, sure as eggs is eggs.

PFT lest we forget, ran a story saying that Pep would miss the entire season. His recovery made them look stupid. Thus I sense this is payback.

You should take PFT with the sort of pinch of salt that looks like a salt mountain.

Daunte's getting a lil too much crap for the loss. Granted there was a lotta hype over him, and there should be, but really... he just came back from a serious knee injury, hasn't played competitive football in a while, is on a new team, is there really any QB in that situation that we should expect to be a hero and win the game? Against one of the best D's in the league? Against the Super Bowl Champions? And not to mention we have a new offensive play caller.

I'm not making excuses, he is capable of winning the game, and so is Mularkey, and yes, they did panic a little, but come on, in reality it's their first real game together, give them a lil slack. I'm encouraged at the performance Daunte had before the last 6 minutes, a lot of errors, but he put us in position to beat the Super Bowl Champs and the D lost it for us when they were the ones on the field at the same time as Batch, not Culpepper. But watch this weekend and see how ugly some QBs play, especially against the great defenses. It's the first week of games, it's normal.

Yea this really pissed me off. Let the man get used to his receivers before you criticize him. He started the season against one of the toughest defenses in the Nfl. I dont blame him for throwing those picks I blame our secondary because they were causing Culpepper to force the ball when the time was running out because our secondary gave them that stupid touchdown to HEATH MILLER. Give me a break, Culpepper is a probowler he scored us a touchdown in that game in less than 50 seconds I was surprised to see the dolphins score that quick. That site talks alot of **** cuz they got nothing else to talk about.

Yea Yea Yea dolphins suck I hear it all day just cuz were the only undefeated team and were making the playoffs this year. Holla at me im here all week

He choked because The Steelers missed the kick and gave us chance after chance to win. You think Tom Brady would have thrown the pick? honestly. I just think the cartoon is crap but they are right about it.

against us...maybe...nothing like comparing a guy to the best qb in the league after his first game in 11 months....

Tom Brady!?! U forget that pick he threw when JT sacked him with less than 3mins to go when they were winning the game against us? He threw the INT instead of taking the sack. So please dont give me Brady. Brady is class act so if you want to put Culpepper into same class then feel free.

So you agree that every QB in history is a choker then?

So Brady's never been picked off?

And Brady's sat out for 11 months on 3 torn knee ligaments and then played with a completely new team against the SB Champs, on their patch?

Get real.

Honestly, how many times have you seen Brady do that? Once a year maybe. I'm not saying Brady ever screws up but more often not he dosen't crumble in situations like that. I hate the man just as much as the next guy but in big games he shows up. Culpepper didn't when it truly truly matterd. He played a great game up until the 4th quarter and than he fell off. It's not all his fault at all but he was put in a position to win and the first play he throws a pick.

Brady is the best QB in the game and arguably the most clutch QB of the modern era, perhaps ever, so comparisons with Pep, in his 1st game back after 11 months are slightly pathetic.
