Not if he withdraws his complaint, however. That's a win for the Dolphins. If he withdraws his complaint just to be paid for the rest of the season, the perception will likely be that he simply wanted out of football.
 
The concussion issue is not over with...the settlement did not mean that current players or new cases of head injury related long term effects trauma like what mark duper evidently is now dealing with cannot sue...

This is not going away...they hushed the existing members of the lawsuit at the time but not everyone else still to come...

Waive him, get it in writing he drops all this, hope that he ends up in the Jets/Pats locker room

Why do you want to cut Richie ? yeah he said all those things to Martin , BUT he was saying it out of kidding around , But Martin made it look like that he was really getting bullied by COG , this happens , and is happening in the NFL on all 32 Teams , But Martin couldnt handle the NFL and he found a way out , by useing Richie , as it was said by all the players on the Fins , this should have stayed in House , theres plenty of stuff that gose on in NFL Locker rooms that would make the Devil blush , and if it was to come out like Martin brought this out , there would be ALL KINDS OF SUEING GOING ON ,IMHO I think Richie was Jokeing with Martin , and they were going every where together , as i said i think COG deserves to come back for the rest of the year , and be under supervision , But i just think that this was a bunch of set up bull **** and Cog was framed , i mean if the N word was ok , and that the rest of the players KNEW that Cog wasnt messin around and jokeing , im sure that there would have been a hell of alot in that locker room after Richies head .
