I think Cowher would like coaching in Miami, but I feel he is going to take a year off. Because he's tired and also if he doesn't take a year off, it'll ruin his reputation to fans, especially Steeler fans.
 
Not sure about Cowher worrying about his reputation. He's looking for a big pay day.
Also not so sure if I want him here, at least not so soon.
Hire Scott Pioli and let him decide who are next coach will be.

I'm for Pioli coming here too, but I have no idea if he would leave. Time will tell because I know we are at least trying.

Cowher has said more than once that he's not burned out.

He says he wants to be with his family but I think its the money like always.

Sure, they say it isnt, but the fact is that his agent wanted to get Cowher an extention which obviously means had they given into Cowhers demands he'd still be coaching.

BUT, the Steelers dont want to pay what Holmgren is getting in Seattle, simple as that.

Now, will Wayne want to pay it? We'll have to wait and see how it plays out.
 
I would love to get Cohwer........without compensation.

Cowher would bring respect to the Dolphins. That would just piss off alot of phins media and the rest of the world.
 
he did look tired today and kind of happy to not have a job, dont know if that is BS or what, just cant trust these guys anymore, but i got the feeling when i was watching him that he was done for a while
 
Cowher made it clear he was going to spend this year with his family and practice on his golf game so I can't see him coaching this season and besides Pittsburgh would likely want a 1st round pick for him.

I'd love it if Pioli came but the chances are slim. First, NE will put up a fight, and second, I think if Pioli is going anywhere it will be to the Giants.
We can all dream though.
 
I think Cowher will end up in Carolina in 2yrs. His Family lives in Raliegh, North Carolina. If John Fox doesnt get it done I expect him to get fired.
