PFT's 8-32 Power Rankings have come & gone...

and Miami has yet to be ranked. This places us somewhere amongst the top 7. Am I the only one worried about a jinx? All this hype makes me somewhat uncomfortable. I'd rather be the under dog. Your thoughts...

It seems for every ranking that that has us good there is at least onethat doesn't so it balances out a little. I'm sure Saban doesnt have his players thinkingabout rankings, only about gameday.

Makes sense. I didn't think about it like that. Still, it's gotta make yah somewhat nervous. Last year and before that- nothing to lose. This year? Let's face it, we gotta make noise.

I can't see how they could rank us infront of the Colts, Seahawks, Steelers, Panthers, Pats or Broncos.

I can see them ranking us ahead of them.
 
When the rankings started I was guessing 5th or sixth.I was justly criticized for being a homer but my guess is still holding good.

Of course the rankings doesnt mean anything.

The Dolphins have become the bandwagon pic among commentators and journalists lately so I hope it doesnt go to our heads.Opinions are like ....

I can see us being ranked ahead of the Pats and Broncos.
 
why does a new thread about this appear every time they do a new one... post one when they report on us... i dont need 10 bullitins telling me they didnt talk about us yet

I think we'll be 6th. I think this is the final order that they have.
Up we go, deeper into the top ten. Eight are left. The Indianapolis Colts. The Seattle Seahawks. The Pittsburgh Steelers. The Carolina Panthers. The New England Patriots. The Miami Dolphins. The Denver Broncos.

probably because most people don't:

use search
look past the first page of a thread's forums
bother to read a thread that has more than 3-4 pages




my guess is we'll be #5
 
I like to be underdogs but I also like to be talked about. But I can't have both.

I just hope we live up to the hype we're getting. :dolphins:
