PREDICTIONS:
AFC:pats,Colts,Steelers,Chargers...WILDCARDS:Jets and Ravens
NFC:Eagles,Vikings,Falcons,Seahawks...WILDCARDS:panthers and Rams
SUPERBOWL: Philly over Indy

They have this Rookie Meter section where they rank rookies that will make imediate impact their first year...Ronnie is ranked 5th behind Clayton,Benson,Caddy, and DJ. The good thing is that Channing is 15th...they think he can do some good things in Miami.

TOP 50 Players list: Peyton 1st-Hines Ward 50th...Brady 4th...Jason Taylor 9th behind Harrison ahead of Culpepper...Richard Seymour 16th? cmon...Zach Thomas 43rd Al Wilson 32nd? and Surtain 48th.

Player Ratings ( they rate players at every position from 4.0 - 5.0 as Blue chip players 3.0 - 3.99 for Red chip...and so on) -
QBs Peyton 4.7, Brady 4.5...they dont have Feeley rated he is in the Top Veteran Prospects section.
TEs:Gonzalez,Crumpler,Shockey?,Gates,Heap and finally McMichael with a 3.3 rating...in that order
WRs:Moss,Harrison,Owens,Chad,Holt,Ward,Mason,Coles then Chambers at #9 with a 3.8 rating...almost a blue chipper...nice respect...sidenote santana moss aint in the rankings at all prolly forgot about him.
DEs: JT # 1 with a 4.45 rating.well deserved.

PFW did some nice work with the predictions. how long did it take them to come up with the same playoff teams as last year?

Philly has always been a chokeing team and Indy is wayyy overrated imo both of them are in all reality. I dont see either of them making it to the Superbowl.

Wow. Pretty accurate I think. Mine is:

My Predictions:

AFC: Colts, Chiefs, Pats, Ravens... WILD CARDS: Chargers and possibly Steelers or Jacksonville (maybe if they get Travis Henry since Fred Taylor is most likely done for the season.

NFC: Eagles,Vikings,Falcons,Seahawks (possibly Rams not sure on Division leader)...WILDCARDS:panthers and Cowboys

Sounds like PFW did a pretty good job.

Since when is Fragile Fred done for the season? i thought that he was supposed to be ready for the preseason. Any links or info would be helpful; ill take him off my fantasy lists if thats the case

Seahawks wont win their division. I really can't even see them in the playoffs. They can't beat good teams, and they have alot more then usual this year. Indy, Philly, Atlanta (beggining of the year, so Vick won't sit). They will probably lose to the Rams twice. Arizona will probably take one. They will only get a couple out of Jacksonville, Washington, Houston and Green Bay. So in the end thats 8-8.
Guess thats my biggest problem with the picks.

That's why people shouldn;t buy into this crap.

new players, new teams, new attitudes...new season!

As far as Division winners:
Philly
Minny
Rams
Panthers

WC: Falcons and Cardinals (yep I said it, i really think green can get them there)

Indy
NE
Balt
KC

WC: SD and Pitt (burress and his 19.9 YPC loss hurts more than expected imo)

Well this is from about a month ago but was posted in the General NFL section. I'm going to go search for anything more updated and see if I can find anything but this is where I heard it from. http://www.finheaven.com/boardvb2/showthread.php?t=79429&highlight=fred+taylor

i gotta go with this...

AFC EAST- Pats
AFC NORTH- Steelers
AFC SOUTH- Colts
AFC WEST- Chiefs
Wild Cards- Chargers and Ravens

NFC EAST- Eagles
NFC NORTH- Vikings
NFC SOUTH- Falcons
NFC WEST- Rams
Wild Cards- Seahawks and Panthers

SB Steelers over the Vikings

who are you predicting then?

...Probably the Colts over the Eagles.

I don't mean to diss' your prediction.

I just don't think the steelers have what it takes. Last year was a fluke.

agree about the steelers, but i dunno why everyone is not counting on the pats, they are still the team to beat imo
