PFW: Taylor to be traded | Taylor & Parcells say it ain't true

Why is that a link to PFW and not the NFL Network as you mention in the title?
 
Parcells and Taylor are being professional, those are the things they are supposed to say...For once, desitions will be meditated upon, for the better of our rebuilding mode, not for any other reason...
 
plain and simple, we trade JT...Chris Long is the 1st overall pick. thats obvious.

now for actually doing it...im ok with rebuilding and getting younger. thats what we have to do, and im an advocate of that...but trading JT??...man. first Zach now JT in a matter of a month or so?? i dunno if I or other Dolfans can handle that.
 
People that brought this up were flamed on here. I guess Skolnick was right, too. Oh, and I would take a 2nd and a 4th rounder this year, and a conditional 3rd that could become a 2nd next year.
 
Well, if there is any truth to the rumor than I hope he goes to a winner. He, like Zach Thomas, will always be a Dolphin and go down as one of the greatest in Dolphin history. I hope that he finishes his career as a Dolphin, but if he doesn't I would take a 2nd and 4th for him.
 
Might as well keep JT as I doubt we get anything of value for him.
 
By Miami trading Jt, it is quite obvious who our first pick will be. Maybe we can get good value out of JT.
 
When I first heard of this last week, I was mad, but started thinking, that it has to happen sooner or later, why not sooner so we can get the most value for him now? god forbid he has an injury this year and cant trade him for more than a 4th or he has a bad season this year, we should take what we can get for him now and get younger, because were not going to be a playoff team for a while so we mine as well get younger and start the rebuilding without him it sucks but it has to be done.
 
Why do you state NFL network on your thread title and link it to PFW ??? Sounds like SPAM
 
I'd take a 2nd and a 4th in a heartbeat. I love jt but I love the phins more and the more young quality players we can add to this team, the quicker we can get to the playoffs. Not to mention, we'd get even more Sal cap space if we trade him.

I agree 100%
But if we're going to trade him, might as well do it now and get it all over with in the span of a month and move on. It would suck to be in the same position next year and loose him. I really like JT and the only way I want to see him traded is if we get GOOD value for him, that being a 2nd and 4th or MAYBE 3rd and 4th depending on how high the picks are.
