Phew: ESPN Sources: Miami Dolphins not expected to pursue Tom Brady

So we lost a draft pick because we tampered with a guy that we can now pursue but now we don’t want him? Only Miami could F up that bad and no I do not want a washed up 46 yr old QB. This franchise, SMFH.

What we need is a solid BU QB that won’t break the bank, Jimmy G played for less than what Bridgwater played for this past season, that would be my choice. He knows the coach, the system and knows how to win big games.
Almost a 13 million dollar cap hit though, I think Jimmy will absolutely be breaking some teams Bank considering how many teams that need solid quarterback play. Not seeing in any scenario in which we could bring he in considering all the teams other needs considering our potential cap situation.

I'm not fond of having Brady coming to Miami now because of age and the drama around him. If this was 2005 and Brady is 30 years old, I absolutely would bring him in regardless of past associations.

Making yourself look like an ass using stupid nicknames. Grade or middle school?

Stuck in middle unfortunately. Exactly like the finger I am sending your way for calling me an ass. Nanny nanny boo boo. I've been a fan of this team for fifty plus years and if I have developed a certain level of fatigue with the national media and it's hired mouth pieces constantly stirring unsubstaniated **** up regarding my team to fit a narrative and from time to time I sink to their level and express myself in a smart-ass manner here then so be it. You don't like it then put me on ignore. Peace.

Dolphins waste 1st Rd pick this year draft but now they don't want him. Ain't that bitch. This organization is hell

good don't want him. I watched him missing open wrs left and right this season. He's the goat but he looks washed to me. Some players delay father time like Brady, but father time catches up at some point and is undefeated

I didn't call you an ass. I've also been a fan for 50 years. Don't let the media get you going...it's their job. Realize that, take a breath and you'll be better off.

Glad you pointed that out. If it supports your narrative.
What? What would be my narrative here. My point is ESPN is horrible and most here don't like them. So why listen to it now?

I am not at all talking about the content

To be fair... The first ones to say Tua was the starting QB next season were the Fins themselves... The day after the season ended.
I know. I'm just saying most of everyone here is smart enough to know ESPN is horrible. And blow them off whenever they say something about us. But now they listen to it because they like what it says?

I'm not talking about the content of it... just that ESPN sucks no matter what they print

I signed up for this site in 2002 because (semi) legit sources used to post on here and give us info starved maniacs real tidbits from time to time. Now it's devolved into who can beat who to posting some stupid link to lead the lemmings into the abyss. You nailed it originally, I am an ass, and strictly speaking, so are you Mule (see Webster's dictionary, c'mon pal, lighten up). I'm a smart ass , can't help myself , and I pity the fool who takes himself too seriously on here. Now please excuse me I'm going to drown my sorrows because for the 38th consecutive year OUR beloved team will not be participating in the Super Bowl. Hopefully this time next year we can raise a glass to the Phins :cheers:rampaging to a championship.

Brady can approach the fins all he want`s , the move`s that would have to be made and salary alone for what 1 year maybe of soso QBing is why they will not and should no listen . Keep dreaming though .
Stated opinion, not my dream.

People need to understand, media outlets, websites, blogs, twitter accounts, etc, they're not reporting news, they're creating content for the sake of creating content because that's what they need to exist. People constantly make things up out of thin air then post them calling them 'rumors' or 'reports' and people accept them as the gospel.

Trust me, the Brady to Miami 'rumors' will be back sooner rather than later just as soon as some dope with a twitter account decides he needs some web traffic and makes up a story while calling it a 'rumor' or 'report'. And not just Brady either, there will be 'reports' that pretty much every available QB from Brady to Carr to Jimmy G will be a Dolphin within the next few weeks.

It's best to just ignore it all.
