Phil Simms expects Fins to go 9-7

Thanks.. I'll have what Phil's drinking please.

(OT: for me, the most disturbing blurb in that "chatter" section is that the Heat would consider Kwame Brown as center... pleeeez :shakeno:)

i like Phil's optimism,but i just don't see that happening.

Patriot Fluffers!!!

We all know he and Jim Nantz will be FLUFFING Brady, Belicheat and the Patriots AGAIN this year!!! Last season was just unbearable to watch them call a Pats game!! Those two turds were so freakin BIASED!!! I hope CBS wakes up and gets a REAL number one group to call the games!!!

cmon guys last year we were injury plagued and still lost most of are games by 3 points or less honestly with the jets and bills accounting for 4 games if we stay healthy its not that farfecthed

Even if we were completely heathly I doubt we would have won more than 3 games. Cam was clueless and our overall offensive an defensive talent was not good!

quite frankly i dont see this team going less then 8-8 :)

you've lost ur mind. If we were Completely Healthy Ronnie Brown would have been averaging 100 yards a game, Zach Thomas would have been doing everything we have come 2 expect from him, and we would have had at least so room 2 move the secondary around if need be. Granted Camron was a much better OC than coach and I'm glad he is gone, but we should have won at least 6 games last year. Now yes Thomas is gone but we have beefed up our OL, (By the way I can't wait 2 see wat brown does behind Jake Long) added youth and speed on both sides of the ball, have a coach, GM, and a VP with IQ's in the triple digit (first time in a while), play that lowly New York Team twice, not 2 mention the bills rookie sensation looking at a possible suspension. can Someone tell me why we can win 9 games if not more?

I don't understand why fans think this has to be a "multiple year/3 year process" type of thing. Things turn around so quickly in the NFL. If we play well, take care of the ball, cause turnovers, and get some bounces, it's very plausible to go 9-7.

It's done so often now. Every year there is a team(s) that surprises everyone. A few that come to mind the Browns, Jets, Saints, Bears, Giants, Titans, etc. All were expected to lose, not make the playoffs, etc. and all had fine seasons.

Phil played for Parcells and knows his track record for turning around franchises.

i would go as far as 2 say if we don't get hurt(when I say we I mean the OL and Ronnie Brown we are a wild card team)
