Joe Philbin - OT - Dolphins
According to Profootballtalk, there's a "growing belief in league circles" that Dolphins coach Joe Philbin and GM Jeff Ireland will lose their jobs over the Jonathan Martin fiasco.
A league source tells PFT's Mike Florio that owner Stephen Ross is "apoplectic" over the situation. It appears Ross will wait until the season is over to make a move, however. In other words, the Dolphins are going to have to rally and make the playoffs for Philbin and Ireland to have any shot at saving their jobs. Irrespective of the Martin situation, Philbin and Ireland both deserve to be on the hot seat. They haven't done good jobs in 2013.

NFL AM talked about it this morning. Their general consensus is that coaches stay out of the locker room and don't know what goes on. They say hazing happens to all and basically that what was happening in Miami is not that big of a deal.

If Belichick can stay and his player killed a guy, if Garrett can stay and his player killed another player drunk driving, if Tomlin can stay and his player allegedly raped people, and so on Philbin will stay. No coach can be expected to monitor grown men's voicemail.
