Philbin and the 2012 draft

Green Bay has 5 TE's on the roster and that position does need an upgrade in Miami.

That position should be looked at. If JP & SR don't emphasize this to Ireland then something is wrong.

My preferences in order; Fleener, Charles, & Allen.

A depth chart of Fleener, Fasano, & Yeatman (blocking specialist) is intriguing. Clay would still be listed as a FB FWIW.

I do wonder how Philbin's hiring changes the draft for Miami. Needs are obvious, but I think now TE becomes a much bigger target as well as better receivers opposite Brandon Marshall.
