Ireland likes McCoy better according to some reports. Ross would perfer Philbin.

I would like Philbin only if he can bring Flynn and a couple off Green Bay assitants.

After all the bad things happening, it would seem like a positive signing.

Land Flynn, then trade up for Blackmon.
 
On paper it looks ok, id be excited a young staff with a ex player who adds a lot of football experience
 
That would be the best possible staff. Period. The only way McCoy makes any type of sense is if Hue Jackson comes along.
 
It will come down to who will take the LESS $$$$$$ Offered...just watch....
 
I don't think I would have much problem with the offensive coaches, although I do have some concerns with them being able to work with Ireland on acquiring the right type of skill players to make the WCO work, but I don't know how I would feel abot Kevin Greene as a DC.
 
I love it. We could go get Flynn, draft Alshon Jeffrey and a RT in the 2nd, and make a big signing at one of the guard positions (Carl Nicks!). If Kevin Greene wouldn't come, my next choices would be to bring back Bowles or bring in Jack Del Rio. Why does it seem so simple? Come on ROSS & IRELAND!!!!
