It's very simple. The QB is terrible. He could be the worst QB in the entire league. The coach's biggest fault is not recognizing that, which of itself is a fireable offense.

You're partially right. The qb is the problem. Doesn't that sound familiar? It's been the problem since Marino left. And we allow Ross and the coaches to put blind faith in these guys that do nothing but lose games. Eventually if you keep supporting qbs who can;t play, isn't it the fault of the guy/guys bringing them all in?
