Philbin on NFLN at 5EST

Philbin says he has men in the locker room that care about one another and set a great example and he believes in the men in the locker room.

Get the hook. Whose idea was this? Embarrassing and overmatched.

He had to know the "toughen up" questions would be asked. The lack of a competent response, even if deflective, was ridiculous.

Then you've got the PR flap in the background actually asking if there are questions about the Buccs.

Says he won't comment if he's talked to Martin or his family since Monday and syas all conversations with players are private.

Says the slurs Incognito used are not a part of his vocabulary and said that is all he will say about it.

Philbin just lost his job with that press conference performance. Awful. Can't handle the media like that, it's like throwing chum in the water.

Philbin is done.

Well, looks like a lot of crowd control. Glad Philbin came on, knowing he'd get grilled about the investigation, to talk up his team and locker room. Even when the story broke I didn't believe we had some dysfunctional locker room like everyone claims. Seems to be a good environment with the exception of this Incog/Martin deal, of course.

RT is answering, he seems to have more freedom around his questions then philbin did,

Tannehill says he had no clue about the voice mail and says Richie was a great team mate to him and never saw him cross the line. "The best team mate you can ask for".

Because he didn't answer questions that he couldn't due to the ongoing investigation?

Didn't sense anything wrong between Cogs and Martin. Says a week ago if you ask who Martin's best friend was, he would say Cogs.

Tannehill is handling it well though.
