Paying someone off is a legal course of action. If someone was truly violated and offended, would any amount of money satisfy their feeling of injustice?

What more is Philbin supposed to do about "Bullygate?"...you cannot watch 50+ players 24/7. The media needs to move on.

I believe the police were called. The women filed a police report which most of the time is a public document. The reporter who broke this learned of it by actually doing what reporters are supposed to do: learning of the incident by investigating public documents related to Incognito. The woman when asked about the incident said nothing other than she was under a non-disclosure agreement with respect to the events related to the incident.

I keep warning you all about this guy and most of you are too stubborn to see through him. I told you all about his son doing prison time for raping teenage girls (yes plural). I have no doubt Philbin got to either the prosecutor or the judge to reduce the charge dow from rape to sexual assault and having his son only serve 6 months instead of 15 years. And now he is involved in hush money in another sexual assault? What do we have here,? A smaller version of Jerry Sandusky? Maybe that's why he kept Incogino. Incognito reminds him of his son.

He needs to be coached up by Hartline or Odrick. Both excel in the interviews.
 
Philbin looked a bit worried in this presser. The report about the sexual harassment really makes him look bad and he knows it.
