Makes sense unfortunately... Have to give hickey atleast 3 years ans they seen to really like lazor. Cant really replace coaches but leave gms
 
Yea this was already reported that he'd be getting one, but I guess it is official now.

Nothing changes, he's gotta win or he's out.

Unfortunately for Hickey, he is in the same boat. Tannenbaum is here . . . meaning Hickey has no job security unless he wins.

It's almost a certainity that either both stay or both go after the season.
 
The fans of Commodore Queasy will like this but it doesn't really mean anything except that Ears doesn't want his HC to be a contractual lame duck.
 
Just a formaility...if we don't make the playoffs in 2015, he will be cleaning out his desk.
