As much as I respect and like the Philben hire , I think the Sherman hire will be our best hire. He is a very good offensive guy and if we want to run a west coast, he is probably the best pick to coordinate out there. I think we will forget the names Daboll and Henning quickly
 
This is what the Patriots do. I think it's the key to defeating really good defenses. If you have a few multi-formation packages that can be run out of the no huddle, the defense just doesn't have time to adjust and put the right personel on the field. And the players that are on the field get tired out. I'm sure we'll see Brady running it against the Giants.

The thing is, you've gotta have a QB who really knows what he's doing. This make me think Miami is REALLY going to try get Peyton... Otherwise, it will be have to be Flynn, I don't see us running this with a Rookie.
