Looks like at $3.5MM, Joe was at the lowest end of the Pay Scale with Payton and Carroll at the $8Million high end...(and aside from the cost of acquisition, that's probably the minimum Sean would cost us) .

Anyone have any idea what Campbell was making as a position coach......or what Ross bumped him up to now?

As an aside, in hindsight, it's better that Jeff Fisher, the epitome of career mediocrity ended up raping The Rams rather than us.

Who negotiated that deal for Joe? He should have had Jay Gruden's agent.

Snyder has to overpay people to go to that craphole.
Pretty obvious why Jim Tomsula was hired as the numbers coordinator

Campbell probably made 200 to 400 thou a year as position coach. They'll either give him Joe's salary prorated or just a nice bonus check.
If he stays on I would imagine they renegotiate. If they bring in a new guy that decides to keep him he's thanked for the effort and offered his old job back.(or not)
There may be interest elsewhere if he does a solid job but Ross and Tannebaum wants someone else.

I hope Campbell knocks it out of the park and sticks around for a long while but that' s a tough hoe admittedly.

I get the sense he was kidding.

Still, they had said that they were working on reworking Campbell's contract before they made it official.

Surprised that John Fox isnt higher

Bill is way underpaid

No kidding. His contract should just make him the highest paid coach every year, even when some teams overpay for a much lower quality coach.

I hate the Pats have him... Things are not going to nearly as bad as some may think for the Pats when Brady retires, unless Billicheat follows him. He can win 10 games with our Punter as his QB.

I doubt he is getting the same pay as TE coach. Campbell most likely has a HC contract for 12 games. I don't know if there is a league mininum pay for head coach but I wouldn't be shocked if he's getting a million or more for these next 12 games. Who knows?

no doubt, he has to be paid more than Lazor and the DC (who also got a pay rise)
