Philbin won't commit to starting Tannehill against oakland in press conference.

Lazor just undercut Philbin, states tannehill is starting. lol, its a full blown circus now.

If I had to pick one general issue with Tannehill right now, it’s that he’s not playing loose enough. Philbin thinks this is going to help?

Kinda of like selling a stock at the low, he would have to at least play better (even if inconsistent like year 2) if you were going to consider that possibility. Just my 2 cents.
 
Well if Philbin is really on the hot seat this is a smart move by Lazor not to throw a player under the bus in a possible attempt to win the locker room if there is turmoil.

Looks like the coaches and local media (A.M radio) are starting to see what most of us fans have seen for quite a while. Every position needs competition and no one should be handed the starting spot because of draft status. The wheels better start moving in that hamster's head or he will be out of Miami before you know it.

I'm not saying I would....I still haven't seen the same QB he was last year...I think it will get better.

I also don't think Moore give the Phins much of a chance to win...so not starting Tannehill is kinda of a desperation move or some elementary motivation tactic...
 
Tannehill will start, but if he has a bad start yet AGAIN, come on down to the torches and pitchfork party Matt Moore.
 
I dont think this means anything, Philbin is always vague and doesnt like to give much away in press conferences. That being said, I wouldnt be surprised if Moore did start.

I'd love to see Philbin telling Tannehill this news while he mumbles to him looking at the ground like the beta male he is.

Philbin is a bad coach and a worse leader. Lazor already has displayed more leadership than that POS worm.

Get some PowerPoints spell checked you gutless worthless money stealing bum.
 
Philbin had too much on his mind to make a decision. Like planning notecards and what areas of the locker room he needed to pick up trash from.
