I don't see the problem with making notes to ensure that the right players are recognized for their contributions to a game. This guys methodical demeanor and stoic presence is the reason for the teams even keel amid the mass chaos that has been our season
Actually, I do see a problem with it. He was the offensive coordinator in greenbay yet he didn't call the plays(red flag). He has to be pausing between statements and using a lot of filler words like "alright" between phrases a lot of the time. I understand that everyone isn't meant to be a good public speaker but I don't like how he seemingly doesn't have as we Cubans like to say " chispa", a.k.a the spark to react on the fly to situations and make his points swiftly/effectively.
