Nick Saban left the Dolphins for Alabama, and former Chargers offensive coordinator Cam Cameron is next in line. The QB situation is foggy in Miami, where Daunte Culpepper, Joey Harrington, and Cleo Lemon all have question marks. As for other position needs, the Dolphins could choose to address the defensive line (they recently traded DT Dan Wilkinson) or secondary. In this projection, however, they go for help along the offensive line with Penn State’s Levi Brown. Brown, the second best OT prospect in the draft, would be the franchise LT Miami has been looking for. A good run-blocker, Brown had a solid career for the Nittany Lions, where he helped pave the way for HB Tony Hunt.

The Dolphins have one of the older defensive lines in football, and if Brady Quinn is off the board it would seem to be a no brainer for them to add a defensive lineman. Branch's stock is falling due to some poor workouts and interviews, but his upside as a potential dominant interior lineman far outweighs his downside and he still warrants a top ten pick.

Cameron is making some noise in South Florida and getting his 3-4 defense in order. Branch is the best NT prospect in the draft. He’ll be a big space eater in the middle of that line. Penn State
