PHINMANIAC:Four videos that show Mike Wallace quitting right before halftime

Those videos don't show much at all -- other than the fact that Clay owes his TD to Wallace and RT. Wallace cleared out the middle for him via drawing double coverage and RT drilled him w. the pass.

Don't show much. Wallace was upset about something and so was RT. Both are big boys and both will get over it.

p.s. maybe Wallace was just sick of being a glorified decoy in the game -- over guys are making hay off of Wallace's threat downfield. He HAS to know it. Probably just wants it acknowledged and rewarded w. more throws his direction. What he must not realize is how impossible it is whenever the pocket is non-existent and zero other WRs on the require double coverage. He's gettin all the attention and the time to throw just isn't always there.

I'm sorry, are you suggesting that you know more than Wallace?
Really? I guess Wallace didn't know that.

Wallace clearly drew the coverage away that allowed the score, but credit to Clay for shaking loose from two defenders there. Nice route.

I suppose we could also credit Tanny for drawing the safety away looking in Wallace's direction, but... nah... Hennehill musta done that by accident.

I'm just connecting the dots, dude. Trying to figure out the truth.

My point is that IF Wallace is upset at RT for not targeting him more in the game, he MOST DEFINITELY DOESN'T KNOW HOW IMPOSSIBLE it is to make certain throws w. zero time, on your back, to continually double-covered WRs -- the only consistently double covered WR on the team (simply because Hartline is that bad -- he never needs doubled, nor Clay, nor Gibson).

And yes, I know more than Wallace. Can I play Wallace's position? No.

But I know more than him, with half my education not counting. (I'm a Wallace fan, btw. Love his game.)

Charles Clay should thank Mike Wallace for that TD. Wallace took 2 guys with him.

I have been a big Mike Wallace fan. However, based on his actions I hope he is traded. We can't have this on our team. Also, Philbin needs to grow a pair.

Kinda. Anyone single WR going deep middle on that cover 2 would have drawn the extra safety. It doesn't necessarily mean that Wallace drew the extra guy for being "Mike Wallace" as it does the premise that that is what the coverage dictates. The FS sees the two CB's sitting in zones around Clay after Clay's hitch with the RB underneath and proceeds to double the middle post pattern. Either by design or improvisation (I'm inclined to think it's ad-lib due to Hartline running a similar route on the far side but does nothing more) Clay then breaks off his original route and makes a great play and catch.

It's more of a great effort by RT and Clay there as opposed to Wallace "demanding" double coverage in that situation.

That's one interpretation that I'm willing to grant. Possible!

Sorry I tried! Am not a professional writer and English is my third language.

The way your headline reads is that there was something groundbreaking that was just found. Same videos I've been seeing since Sunday on here

I see the witch hunt is on... if we get rid of Wallace, we are back to what happened when we traded B. Marsh... All our players can't be good guys, so let's keep him around since he actually helps this offense to move. Being mediocre does make fans go crazy.

More like a bitch hunt.
