Phins among handful of teams being considered for Hard Knocks.

Last 2 teams on Hard Knocks

CINCY went 10-6, didn't lose a division game all year and won the AFC North

JETS made the AFC Championship Game
absolutely. anyway, I think having an eye inside would allow future free agents a glimpse inside that might override all the **** they've heard from the ryan clarks of the nfl.

I think this would be one of the best things to happen to Miami in years. This is the kind of thing that just might right the ship and make a team gel. I say if the offer is on the table and it is a serious offer, Ross and Co. would be fools to pass it up.

I honestly don't think this distraction is a good idea. Hard Knocks belongs on a recent playoff team's camp. Not with a team that is installing a new offense and defense. This distraction may hurt our team's development this year.

people saying that HBO is just looking for drama and there isn't enough of that on the fins don't remember what hard knocks originally was about. The last season of hard knocks with the jets wasn't the true direction hard knocks has gone in previously. Typically it focuses on young rookie trying to make the squad, a vet that is on the cusp of being cut, those kind of things.

Only last year when Rex Ryan had to put his foot print (pun intended) on it did it change. I expect them to go back to how hard knocks was in the past. I hear the jaguars are BEGGING to be on hard knocks but HBO won't let them because they are a small market team.

I'd like to see it, I enjoy hard knocks even when it was the Jets. The Dolphins have been so private over the years that they would have to explain and talk about situations that have never been fully explained or talked about enough. I think it could only help the image of the team, I hope we get it.

This is great news. Hope it's the best one yet. We need a new image.

EDIT: Also, kind of cool that the Marlins get Showtime's "The Franchise" -- good for miami sports.

This will give the Dolphins the chance to change the perception of the organization. I look forward to watching the show and see how Tannehill is doing. I think the whole country will be impressed with Philbin.

I for one am extremely excited about this. What better way to get to know your team's players/coaches than this? Hopefully they show a side of Ireland that is drastically different from the one that the media has generated.
