I think the phins need to run the ball alot this week and chew some clock up, we have to keep our D off the feild and keep them rested, I think with the tandem we have there is no option but to run the ball, I dont have a clue why we line up shotgun with gus ( who absolutely sucks), always tipping our hand to opposing D. gus is not the answer and i wonder how saban feels he's best for job. Please saban gameplan a little better and give your team a chance!!!!!!

Gus hardly ever lines up in shotgun thats sage

Gus isnt the anwser but he is head and shoulders above sage who got killed 22-0 against cleveland

I dont see the point in this, also bashing saban when without him we would probally be 3-9

we dont nearly run the ball enough a strength of our team, as well i cant even begin to count how many times we have lined up second and short and went 3 and out because the next to plays are passes, Imo sage had a rough game in cle but seems to flow bettr with the O, ive watched gus throw it aaway countless times this year he is just not the answer

First of all the reason we don't run the ball as much as we'd like to is because usually we are playing from behind. I don't know if you'd blame that on the coaching staff or the players, but we are playing from behind a majority of the time and when you get down by two touchdowns you just don't keep grinding it out on the ground. As far as the passing on short and third, i don't know if you've noticed but the last two weeks with linehan on the field instead of the coaches box we've stopped doing this as much because saban has immediate input. Finally everyone knows that Gus isn't the answer. Saban knows it, Linehan knows it, and furthermore we as fans know it, but he gives us a better chance of winning as a starter than Sage does because we've all seen Sage start and i'd take Gus starting over Sage anyday. So i digress, if you think you can do a better job why don't you just call up the fins organization and apply for a job.
