Phins D-line- Best In The Nfl?

I haven't taken a close enough look at the methodology of those ratings, but is there any way they're inflated given that teams don't have to run the ball to decimate us?

I don't really understand the stats.. but it has ricky williams as #1 and Ronnie Brown as #3

I didn't bother to look at how those stats are compiled but the Dolphins have the 'best' defensive line in the leauge? There isn't a single aspect of this defense that is best of anything.

I'm far from an expert but, they do appear to be fair based on the stats our guys are putting up. The tackles, sacks, hits, and pressures collectively are something I have not seen.

Well, if true that's great. I know most people don't care if we're not winning, but it would be nice if at least one of our two lines can be the cornerstone of this team like it's supposed to be.

Our D-line is elite. When our Secondary gets into shape, which I expect next year, our D will easily be top 5 in our SB run.

Go Fins!!!

The run defense is pretty stout. Opponents have to beat us through the air - and they did.

That would be a fair opinion IF you can back it up by who is better, or why. If not, just another PITA post.

I'm looking at the young guys. Langford, Merling, and Soliai are MUCH better than last year.

I believe that our OL is not far behind.

A replacement of Clam Chowder (Crowder), a possible veteran CB in the offseason, Roth returning, more safeties, and a big NT will make this D a top 5 D. Porter and Taylor are old, we need to get younger starters.
