It was in the senior bowl article on the website footballsfuture...it stated that the Dolphins were eyeing quarterbacks intently and appear unhappy with there situation with Cleo Lemon and John Beck..take it for what it is worth....I like to see us draft Henne from Michigan in the 3rd or 4th rd..perhaps Woodson if we trade and move to spots 8-15 ..who knows

I read somewhere that Dolphins QB Coach David Lee had a long interview with Delaware QB Joe Flacco. Flacco measured in at 6'6 1/4" and 232 pounds.

Why is everyone ready to take Woodson in the Top 15? He's going to fall, I promise.

I know so little about Flacco...I have read that he has moved into the # 3 qb spot somewhere behind ryan and Brohm..that is impressive and his size , wow 6'6..damm...does he great arm strength ? is he accurate ? never seen him play so please excuse my ignorance on him...

I've been hearing a lot of positive things about Flacco, especially living within proximity to Philadelphia area. It really doesn't matter where the player comes from 1-A, 1-AA, Division II, etc. If they can play football, really well and at NFL speed, they should be in the league for a reason, right? Deion Branch came from a junior college, Steve McNair was from a 1-AA school, so was Ron Jaworski. Talent doesn't always have to come from a big school.

Could be just doing their homework. No question the position needs help. You should be familiar with all the guys so you don't panic and take a guy just because he falls further than you thought he might. Would have liked to see Ryan light it up to move our pick value higher but he didn't play.

Flacco showed good accuracy at Delaware. Threw for over 4,000 yards and 23 touchdowns in 2007. Flacco has decent mobility and a big arm. He can make all the throws required of an NFL QB.

if the Tuna decided to trade with say the bengals at # 9 and Flacco was still there..would u be tempted enough to draft him?

Well that would be a real reach as Matt Ryan and Brohm are both rated ahead of Flacco. I think right now, Flacco would be considered a late 1st rounder at best. It all depends on his workouts and the scouting combine if Flacco's stock rises.

woodson blows during the bowl dude. He has been throwing all over the field. His horrible so far at practices.

Flacco interests the dolphisn a lot and henne. I think 1 of em will be a pick if a QB at all. Johnson from SD interests me as well.

I really think we will be able to draft a top QB in the second round. Just like how Brady fell in last years draft a QB will fall to us. Whether it is going to be Brohm (I HOPE!!!), Ryan, or Woodson.

This Flacco kid is a beast i tell you.....damn. he makes all the trows with just a flick of the arm, accurate as hell. You see da way he bounces around in the pocket as oppose to just stand there (alert). With a few NFL coaching advice like not staring down the receiver and he'll be great. At this height he sees the field well and with the O-Line the phins fenna create this year....even more time for the kid...i love him.

They have him rated #2 QB on this site.
