Clay- #11 TE

Tannehill- #22 QB

Suurgis- #22 Kicker

DST- #28

Moreno- #31 RB

Miller- #45 RB

Wallace- #33 WR

They don't think Moreno will be close to last year, pointing out that last year, on 80% of his runs, he ran aginst 6 or less in the box and our OL. That's an interesting stat.

I don't play fantasy but, the ranking seem low to me, especially the DST. Are they actually fair?

They are perfectly mediocre, just like the team itself. If we were 11-5 last year and made the playoffs, they would rank everyone higher because they would believe we had a good chance of succeeding.

Tannehill should be closer to the 15 range. Wallace may be too high, and I'm curious what Hartline is ranked at, particularly in ppr. Our DST should be higher also, due to sack numbers.

He was in the 60's. 68 I think.

Hartline won't be ranked high in fantasy because he doesn't score touchdowns.

True, but in ppr leagues you get points for every catch he makes. I personally don't play in ppr leagues, but they do reward guys that catch a lot of passes even if they don't get a lot of yards/TDs

Good to see Clay getting much praise from different sources. I remember after Keller went down, and he had a horrible 3rd preseason game, many were looking for a TE, any TE, to come in and take his place.

In this run down, they include special teams with the D, which would drag us down based on last year but, still can't see this rank. Any FF guys who can explain it?

In fantasy defenses are typically awarded points for turnovers, sacks, points allowed and yardage allowed, and special teams touchdowns. I haven't looked up defensive stats from last year, but I know we gave up huge chunks to opposing RBs, and our return game sucks so I doubt they were very high scoring fantasy-wise

If this team really is implementing the a Chip-Kelly style offense, those rankings are remarkably low - especially for Wallace and Tannehill.

Tannehill is way too low our defense too

Our TO's were not that good. sacks- VG, points allowed were top ten I think, yardage not so good, and ST's bad. Going from memory. I see some special ST players in this draft, and expect we will be back to where we were in the two prior years. Many want to pick on Thigpen but, anyone watching the blocking he dealt with would not, very similar to our run blocking from the OL.

Yeah, we got no love here other than Clay. Although I do see what they are saying on Moreno, 80% running against 6 guys or fewer in the box is any RB's dream. This may be my Cane's love coming in but, I do believe that Miller is gonna be better than him this year.

Fantasy is all about stats. Name me 21 QBs who will have better stats then tannehill this year. I don't believe you can name 15 even

But it is fantasy so let other chumps sleep on him and I probably can draft tannehill late
