Is it me or are we in rebuild mode? We have holes everywhere and the FO appears to be be doing nothing about it. We traded away our #1 wr and had no backup plan. I good with trading BM away if we had a plan to pick up 2-3 other GOOD WR. We did NOTHING!

We have an avergae QB
An Average TE
An average Oline - only becaseu of J Long otherwise I woould grade that group as POOR!

We have a very good RB - no backup to bush though. Thomas is a huge ?
(By the way I think we should get the Law Firm - BJGE)

We moved to a 4-3 with no rotation of DE's in fact we are missing a DE. We are letting the probole DT test tthe market and he is about the money and will sign with the Broncos.

We have a good group of LB's

the secondary makes limited plays.

Looks like we are scraping the team and starting over again!!!!

and people questioned me when I said keep Todd Bowls!!!!!!!!!!

I have to agree, and we dont seem to be making moves to improve either. Its pathetic...the rest of the NFL is only getting better and its almost like Ross came on to dismantle the team!!

What the holy ****ing hell are you talking about? Marshall was traded 18 hours ago. How do you know there's no backup plan? You aren't giving it enough time to see a resolution for letting him go.

I don't like the move right now either but to already determine that the FO isn't doing anything about it, 18 hours later, is stupid.

In his defense, It's a little hard to give this team the benefit of the doubt.

we have been in rebuilding mode for a decade, its sad, and ireland is not helping with his "acorn approach"

Really?

No FA available that would be effective. just incase you dont know BM was out #1 WR. Any WR avail is far from a #1 and most are about on par with Hartline and bess.
We have nothing to trade away. So that is not a thought
So what is the plan?
There isn't one.
only resort is to draft 1. and we for sure wont do it at 8 cause blackmon will be gone and there isn't another worth that high of a pick. So we go into the season with a bunch of rookies trying to creat offense.......GREAT PLAN for a team the was "a qb away from the SB"

One thing I dont do is over react.
I just face the music... It is what it is.

I would call it more of a destruction mode! When Ireland and his gofers get canned and Ross dies maybe then we can rebuild!
