Phins looking at SS during Combine

Yes actually i do
He is a hard hitting saftey tha is average in coverage
he had 89 tckles and 5 ints this past year for Clemson
he also is my roomate at clemson
a very good teamleader people seem to rally around him during presure situations
he would be a steal around 4th-5th round IMO

Oh he's not related to Ken for whoever asked.

Hamlin is a very good college player with great intangibles, but he's only an average athlete so that might hinder him in the pros.
 
well, it's no coincidence they talk to a guy who:

University of Clemson SS Michael Hamlin said during his NFL Scouting Combine that he believes his strengths include his intelligence on the field and ability to work hard.

it's the type of guy they want, tough, smart and disciplined
 
I'll take Hamlin. 6'2 safety, really smart and is a good hitter. All for it.
 
I prefer we resign bell and get sean jones from the browns for the safety spot

I would love to see us resign Bell and draft Hamlin. I think a lot of this draft will be used on the Secondary.

The Fins secondary is pretty old by NFL standards with nobody ready to take over. This draft should include a SS, CB, and a FS for the Miami Dolphins. I would not be surprised to see us draft 2 CBS and a FS/SS type player. Will Allen is a free agent next year and Goodman might not be coming back.

The Fins will be reloading the secondary this offseason.
