Phins Mini-Camps Begin This Weekend!!!!

Good morning fellow Phins fans: :dolphins:

Just wanted to get your thoughts on the upcoming Dolphins mini-camps, which are set to get underway this weekend.

I'm very excited to see all the "new" faces in camp, and to see how they interact with our returning cast of players. This is the 1st big step to us preparing for the upcoming season. This camp is where the actual process of learning our schemes commences. Additionally, we will see how Capers and Mularkey work together with Coach Saban to help continue to build-up our great franchise....

Question: Who are you all excited to see in camp???

Let's get this thread going here....sound off!!!!!!!!

It's just mini camp, so all I want to see is the execution between the PEP and our WR's.

So, these are open to the public? I know you did a tremendous job last year reporting to us non-local fans how things were going in the camps. If you go, are you willing to take on the job again? Please ???

I'm definately going this weekend. I'll try to keep you guys updated with everyone and how they're progressing. Since I'm gonna be there anyway, is there anyone in particular, for those of you who can't go, that you wanna know about? Obviously Culpepper and Jason Allen, but I'm gonna watch Fred Beasley alot! He's my favorite of our acquisitions this offseason. I love the idea of one of the best FB's in the game blocking for Ronnie Brown. It will be a sight to see! :eek:
 
I'll be there either with my kids or not, wearing our UCF jerseys taking plenty of Pics and trying to get Daunte to stop by and say Hello!! I will post pics shortly after

Nobody in particular. You'd already be doing a great favor, so I'm not going to try and burden you with anything else. I would just appreciate any info you could pass along.

Thanks in advance for all the guys that are going to the camps and keeping the rest of us informed!!!
 
It will be nice to see the continuing process of Culpepper and Harrington getting comfortable with the receivers. With Saban leading this team, its hard to believe that we will not see the potential that the team has come out this year.
 
I can't wait to hear about it. I hope someone tells us about it since I can't be there myself. haha

If you could, try and keep an eye on the secondary. Who stands out (for good or bad reasons)? In particular, the new additions like Will Allen, Renaldo Hill, Andre Goodman and Deke Cooper. Oh, and of course Jason Allen as you mentioned. Also, I am interested in how the staff is using the LB trio of Newman-Hodge-Spragan. I would be interested in that as well. Thanks!
 
I'll try and give everyone a "short scoop" on as much as possible....

My main focus will be on the QB's / DB's for the most part, because I think those are the two main areas of immediate interest to everyone. I'll do my best, but remember this only mini-camp, the real stuff comes when Training Camp starts.....

Exciting, wish I didn't have to work, I would go watch. Appreciate any reports here on what you guys see that do go.
