Phins On Field Coaches, Gruden, and Questions?

Last year, Tannehill was in charge of coaching the O n the field with Pouncey on the OL, and this year will be the same. Gruden said there are 25 new OC's this year (guess we were nt the only ones unhappy), and that this makes thing very difficult on young QB's. How will they both do with the changes? How much time will it take to adapt?

On D, we had Ellerbe in the middle (did not work well), and Clemons for the secondary (did a good job). This year it's likely someone new in the middle (Misi or a pick) r maybe Ellerbe again. At safety, it will be Delmas, and if he gets hurt,I guess Wilson.

Gruden said that MLB has become one of the high value positions, as he has to set the D, because of all the hurry-up O and changes at the line. this creates a big need for the MLB to be smart with the ability to change things quickly. He mentioned that one of the reasons Mosely was high on teams radar included this ability.

The on field coaching is often overlooked by most fans fut very important in having players in the right position to make r stop plays. How will a new guy in the secondary, as well as maybe a new one in the middle gonna work this year? Will this also take time?

If true, Misi not only has to adapt to a new position but, also set the D which I do not believe he has ever done. No easy task.

I think he would be good out there. IMO he is our strongest linebacker and would do a better job than Ellerbe or the other one did.
