Phins QB - Rodney Dangerfield aka Matt Moore

He did not show accuracy, or did you not notice how many circus catches our WR's had to make. Accuracy is actually one of his weaknesses.

LOL  I saw a lot of deep sideline, post pattern passes that were in stride, right on the money, in almost every game. There were some leaping grabs to where he layed it up for Marshall. He took advantage of Marshall's skills.

All in for Matt Moore if Manning goes elsewhere. I just don't see Flynn being an upgrade over Moore. Media are saying that Flynn may get a deal in the 50+ mil range. I'm sure Flynn knowing this might be hist chance at a pay day will go to highest bidder obviously.

Not having Marshall will have a negative effect on Moore. He got open and made the catches. I doubt that Hartline can fill his shoes.
Drafting some WR's is our greatest need in this draft.

matt moore takes horrid sacks at the wrong time misses throws he should make with bad ball placement underneath and a clean pocket all the time and has a nasty habit of fumbling...other than that he's great

you guys kill me with some of this stuff...common sense says you better upgrade a matt moore if you can

Moore uplifts bad teams he has been saddled with; Flynn, with his offensive juggernaut behind him went 1-1 in the years his teams won a combined 78% of their games. Moore looked as promising as Flynn over the 08 and 09 season, had a game vs Favre's playoff-bound MN every bit as good if not more impressive than Flynn's loss vs NE, and did it on behalf of 2 sub-par Carolina teams. It is what it is. That's not to say that Flynn won't turn out to be a star, even against better DBs than he's faced and even with more modest offensive tools to work with. But the point is, in perspective, Moore has done more with less and if you want to label him a "career backup" with his 13-12 record on behalf of the teams for whom he's played, there's absolutely no confidence that after 25 games, the impression of Flynn won't be the same or lower.

No No No, QB is our #1 Priority, has been since the day Marino left.

I swear folks around here are satisfied with the Fins being Mediocre. I bet its the same folks clamoring for Moore are the same folks that were clamoring for average QB's like Thigpen

ha ha run a wco with a qb who can't throw the ball underneath with consistency and see where it gets you...off the field on 3rd down is where...flynn fits this o better than matt moore...manning would also cause his timing and accuracy and ball placement are all spot on

matt moore throws some balls that leave you like "how the heck did he miss that"...on a every game basis

go ahead sign matt moore to an extension...it will be about as bad as the jay fiedler long term god awful contract of years ago...just a horrid decision

With Washington trading up to get RGIII it's now Peyton or bust IMO. Flynn is not worth the $7-8M he's asking nor do I think he's better than Matt Moore. If we don't get Peyton we should stick by Moore. There's potentially four first round QBs next year with Matt Barkley, Landry Jones, Tyler Wilson, & Tyler Bray (if he declares).

No, I WANT Peyton. And whether we get him or not, I would like to see us draft Tannehill.

But if we don't get Peyton, which QA available is proven better than Moore? Is Flynn REALLY that much better than Moore that he's worth the money we would have to pay him?

Matt Moore is just average.

Many fans are content with just average and going 8-8 it seems.
