what qb post marino era do you guys think was the best.

that list is like , which of these guys do you hate the least. I would have to say gus. I wish i could choose none of them, we need brees here, to rid the cycle of terrible qb's
 
THis thread is kind of like asking which would you rather do, slide down a razor blade into lemon juice, or eating your own waste. I choose none of the above.
 
Fiedler was the only one that took us to the playoffs. The only time we didn't make the playoffs under Fiedler is when he got injured and Lucas or Griese would come in, and we'd end up missing the playoffs by a game. There's really no comparison.

Gus was awful this year guys, please don't kid yourselves. We need Brees baaaaad.

But for real here... u gotta go with the Ears, u know i never really disliked the Jay man but what can u do?
 
Strictly based on what they did on the field as a Dolphin, it's Fiedler, and it's not particularly close.

That should make a Dolphin fan a little sad, no?

Obviously Brian Griese has done a bit better elsewhere.

Lucas had a strong arm but was terrible.
Fiedler had his moments how he lasted as long as he did . I will never know, personally i thought it was mistake when Wanny named him starting Qb. But that is a whole nother story.

Feeley didn't have the experience. And Wanny never really gave him a shot.

Gus had a decent arm but no accuracy.

Huard I felt should have been the guy to replace Dan to start with anyways. Since he did win some pretty big games when Dan got hurt. But again another Wanny mistake I guess. I don't know if he could have been the better out of some of the above but I would have liked to seen him at least the first year Wanny was here. instead of all the years we had Jay.

And Sage i think has really grown. Yet he never gets the chances. I think of all of the above he might have been the best that we had. Or have.

Fiedler took us to the playoffs? Funny, I thought it was our defense and Lamar Smith.
Are you suggesting that if Frerotte were quarterbacking the team those 2 playoff years that Miami would not have made it to the post season?
BTW, cite one critical pass that Fiedler made in any of his playoff games which made a difference in the outcome?
The only playoff win was against Indy and if not for a 200 yd rushing performance by Smith we get embarrassed at home by a below average Indy defense. If I recall Fiedler threw several picks in that game and did his best to hand it over to Manning and co.
I don't even want to discuss the Ravens game (last Phins playoff game). Fiedler looked like a high school QB in that one.
