Phins Sign Nick O’leary (jack Nicklaus's Grandson) To Ps

I like this - I watched a lot of O'Leary and he was always reliable in the end zone. Big-bodied, could do it all. Wasn't going to burn anyone with speed, but knew how to find open spaces and work the field.
 
This kids got more of an h back skill set. Crafty but very limited athletically and can’t block even for the ask.
 
Count me in the 'I'm intrigued' category. As a western NYer, I get to see a lot of bills coverage (not by choice) & the kid looked like he had potential. Perfect spot for him (PS). I really did think he had upside. Can't hurt to kick the tires on a GOAT prodigy.
 
Lets hope Gesicki starts getting more involve soon. We need him to be a top target and so far he hasn't been.
 
Watched O'Leary at FSU a lot. He'd rather put his shoulder down than run out of bounds. He's a throwback type of tight end. He probably washes his hair with a bar of soap and eats nails for breakfast.

Also very short arms. Kind of opposite of Gesicki in terms of range with ball in the air.

But clever player. Can wiggle into small spaces kind of like Landry. Very highly rated high school player and big name in college.
 
I like it. Good move to improve off season charitable golf events on behalf of the Dolphins.
