So here’s the thing. Let’s look at this objectively. Overall:

- we’re decent against average competition and great against bottom dwellers.
- we’re terrible at game planning.
- we’re terrible at in game adjustments.
- we’re terrible against upper echelon teams.
- our best players do not elevate their game when we need them to.
- our roster has so many holes it resembles Swiss cheese.
- our O Line is hot garbage.
- the bulk of our defence is hot garbage
- we’ve regressed in all areas of the game.

Is this all not true?

I am. QBs have bad games. I want to see what he does when he doesn't have to process at lightning speed. Give him an average OL. If it's the same Tua, then cut bait.

The play design which was so good last week reverted to a bunch of throws behind the line of scrimmage again.

Good lord, the one play sticks in my head was we ran a play where the routes took three players within a few yards of each other. I don't know who Tua was throwing to. I think it was Washington but Jonnu was like 3 yards behind him on the path of the ball.

Offensive genius tightens up putting together his playbook the same way Tua tightens up in the pocket of must-win games.

I give credit to Houston in their ability to take away the intermediate passing that's been so successful since Tua's return. They played tight coverage. Not being able to run the ball because the OG's suck, limited the offense to the screen game. It's pathetic.

Tua was bad today. Still is our franchise QB, IMO. OL needs a complete rebuild. DL,LB, and secondary need huge overhauls.

Mike McDaniel has proven he doesn't learn from his mistakes. Even when he does a good job 1 week, he reverts back to his bad decisions and play calling the next week. The team just commits so many penalties and turnovers. It looks like a soft undisciplined team that doesn't practice correctly. We will never win meaningful games under McDaniel. This team isn't built to win in the winter.
