***Phins/Texans Post Game***

I give credit to Houston in their ability to take away the intermediate passing that's been so successful since Tua's return. They played tight coverage. Not being able to run the Ball because the OG's suck. Limits the offense to the screen game. It's pathetic

Oh, Houston's defense is solid. No doubt. But, to do what they did, other things should have been available.

The coaching staff has to have prepared for that and be able to adjust, and so does Tua.

I think this might go back to the whole thing of does this team practice, because it looks like we take the field with a one-track mind and we aren't going to change anything no matter what. And you know what? That's exactly what happened when Tua was out. McD didn't have anything in his playbook that any other QB on our roster could execute, and he couldn't tweak his playbook to suit a guy you could win in a different way.

That's bad coaching. I like McDaniel personally, but he's been exposed. Badly exposed. He has problems that I'm not sure are fixable.

we need to change the culture and this is not going to happen with Grier still here.......we're in year 5 of Tua and we're 6-8....Tua can’t win alone but we have no running game and now we can’t even throw it deep either.....we're leading the NFL in passes behind the LOS........Grier needs to go and McDaniel can go with him
The issue is the talent in the interior of the oline. Its inability to create a running game, changed the whole offense scheme. Limiting it to screens, and short passing. With an occasional run.

No, it was not on the money. It was under thrown. It didn't have to be 5 yards more. 2 yards and hill catches it in stride. Keep making excuses for the most overpaid qb in the league
With even a C effort from Hill, it's complete. Ball doesn't have to be perfect for the receiver to make the catch. He was outfought by someone who cared about winning.

The first two picks were on Tua. No argument. Bottom line, the last throw was one that was good enough to be in the hands of a player that had a three inch height disadvantage. Don't think it ultimately mattered because doubt we score anyway, but let's call it like it is. Tua played a bad game and made a couple of horrible throws that a quarterback can't make. The last throw wasn't one of them.

Bad play calling.

Bad penalties.

Bad execution.

Bad QB play.

Awful OL play.

By the way, they’re gonna win out after this just to piss people off.

I’ll be there.
Awful QB play.

Ok OL play.

Fixed it for you ^

Just curious….Is there anyone here that is still a Tua believer?? If so….Why?
I am. No question. Because he has been excellent for two months. He has no more bad games than any other good QB. The difference is that the Dolphins have no chance when Tua doesn’t play well. The Lions won a game when Goff had 5 INTs.
