Miami won't do anything during the season. The Jets firing a GM mid season is an exception.

I want the guy gone but even if that decision were made today it ain't gonna happen for a month.

I think our QB would have LOTS more success on another "team", but you are somewhat correct: Our franchise hasn't won a big game in many years. I want new leadership, not just a turnstile HC. I want a GM that can put together a consistent, winning franchise. If anyone on here thinks this season is all on Tua and MickeyD in that order, I disagree. MickeyD is not ready to be a HC and I don't believe ever will be. He is not a Leader of Men. Our GM has not proven to be able to make the right personnel moves, the OBJ signing being just an example of an expensive, wasted move on a washed-out, aging vet player.
 
Never said it, commented or mentioned it before. Muck Duck McDaniel can get in the bin. Can't have that Offense from last season to this **** show with screens and dunks and zero big plays from running game when we have legit quality good players at RB.
I'm moving on from this party HC that is basically taking the piss. Biggest drop off ever. Tua isn't perfect either but he's been solid yet not.....you know what I mean.
