Fair but fact is Grier is the longest tenured GM without a playoff win. At what point does team performance matter?

Also, the top 4 QBs in AFC are unquestionably Mahomes, Allen, Jackson, and Burrow. Whatever order you have them.

Burrow was “out of reach” at #1. Can’t say that for Allen, Mahomes, or Jackson. Actually, all 3 teams had to trade up for those 3 QBs so obviously the pick was open and their GMs had a conviction about the player.

All I’m saying is that’s why we’re in the circumstance that we’re in. Bad GM.

Tua deserves a lot of blame today. I know people have agendas and over analyze everything with a QB but this isn't the day to defend Tua. He just has not proven to show up against good teams. The narrative exists for a reason. It doesn't mean he is ONLY the problem but he is part of the problem.
