Phins, this year's Jets?

Mike Holbrook from PFW doesn't think that the Bills of the Phins can be like last year's Jets.

"But, if it does happen," he writes "I’m putting my money on it being the Dolphins, believe it or not."

Interesting read, specially the schedule analysis in the last part of the article. He suggest a 10-6 season is not far fetched.

i could care less who we are like as long as we finally get in to the playoffs lol or at least have a winning record and show some promise for the future.
 
I remember everyone saying we were going to the Superbowl last year...maybe they just picked us a year too early? I think we have a better offense and defense than last year, and we have added some talent at O-line...it will just take a while to gel together. I can't wait to see Green at QB and having Chambers, Ginn, Hagan and maybe Booker lined up on pass routes, and RB and Lorenzo Booker in the back field. I also don't want to be this year's Jets....I want us to win the division, spank the Pats, win the AFC Championship, and then the SB!!!!! We can do it. :)
 
From year to year, different teams emerge out of the "depths" and surprise a lot of people. Miami can be that team. We aren't that far when you really look at the details. We have the defense without a doubt. Our offense could have been better for the past several years with a better QB. I mean, if we can do as well as we did with Gus Frerotte, think about how much better the offense would be with someone who is more consistent and more accurate. Throw in the fact that the offensive line AND skill positions have improved, and there is plenty of reason for GUARDED optimism. Not only does Trent Green bring us a more accurate QB, but he also brings us something the offense has lacked for a very long time: A QB who isn't going to LOSE one for you. And that stands alone as a huge upgrade on it owns. Throw in more play makers and more creative offensive play calling and there is more hope now than there has been in quite a while.
 
Never want to be associated with the Jets, Pats, or Bills unless they are talking about us sweeping them during the season!! We will be this years Miami Dolphins! We are going to be much improved and a playoff/division Champion contenders. We will make playoffs, I just know we will. After that..... Yeah we going to the Superbowl!!!!!!
 
Not to sound like a negitive Nancy cause I'm all bout my Phins but do you think anyone in our division has a shot at leading it or do the pats have it wrapped up for again?

I hope not...The only reason they made the playoffs was because their 5 remaining games. If for any reason we succeed I would like it to be a product of our talent and not our schedule
