Same can be said for McDaniel with Tyreek I guess. We can’t score a touchdown without him on the field.
100% Hill and McDaniel need to stay. Replace Tua with a marginal athletic QB who can extend plays or else we'll be beating bad teams and losing to the good teams for years to come with Tua.

The redskins are a joke of a football team
He’s a marginal coach at best but crumbles when it gets hot in the kitchen
The whole team outside of Mostert was hot garbage today. Fs across the board. Coaching to special teams.

Half of the plays McDaniel calls make no sense at this point. It's getting worse what he comes up with. The third down play to achane was baffling

There have been a number of just poor decisions he's made not only as a play caller but as a head coach - ie keeping crossman - and it's all cascading now

This loss falls squarely on the offense. The D was the only reason we were in the game late. And the D was on the field most of the second half... Blame fangio, sure, for his shitty scheme towards the end but the players on D were gassed.

This loss is on Tua, McD and the offense.
2nd half Time of Possession:
Dolphins - 16:49
Titans - 13:11

I think coach McDaniel has instilled false confidence into Tua and though he may be playing with more confidence he is not as talented as necessary to run the west coast offense.

Another disgraceful thing that they do in showing up their opponents when in fact they lost the game and look like idiots. Would a Don Shula coached team ever do such a thing? Do you know the difference between a Don Shula coached team and a McDaniel coached team? Discipline!! No penalties and respect for your opponent.
Yep. McDaniel is a soft b****. Got a lot to learn, just like Tua. Love em both though.
